12. What is 0 (neutral) of the MIX TONES for?

It can be mixed with a tone to dilute it and create a lighter tone. Associated with the other MIX TONES we obtain pastel tones. It increases the lightening power by half to one stage when mixed with another tone. It can also be used on its own as a mild lightener to achieve 1 to 2 lightening stages (depending on the natural depth and hair thickness).

13. In what situations are INTENSE NATURAL tones used?

These tones can be used on medium to thick hair in cases of more stubborn grey hair. They contain a higher concentration of natural pigment to guarantee high performance.

14. In what situations do I need to do the skin sensitivity test?

For any technical service, it is necessary to do an allergy test 48 hours prior to its application.To do the skin sensitivity test, remove the earrings, wash 1 cm2 of skin behind the ear or in the crook of the arm with soap and water or alcohol. Apply a small amount of product (COLOR + DEVELOPER) and let it dry. After 48 hours rinse well with warm water. In case of irritation, itching/rush, or redness, wash immediately and do not use the product.

15. What type of colour can I apply to a pregnant or breastfeeding woman?

Unless there is a medical indication to the contrary, the colour can be the same as the person already used, regardless of the pregnancy trimester. There are no studies that prove the reproductive toxicity and teratogenicity (ability to cause malformations in the foetus) of any ingredient used in hair dyes, and in addition, no cosmetic can be absorbed into the bloodstream.
