The ION SHIELD PRO STEAM STYLER combines steam technology, high-precision temperature control and professional versatility to deliver more even, controlled and glossy styling results. The switchable steam function allows professionals to choose between conventional styling and steam styling, adapting its performance to the requirements of each service. When activated, it promotes smoother glide, makes styling easier and contributes to a sleeker, more controlled finish.

1. Make sure your hands are completely dry before turning on the appliance.
2. Connect the appliance to the mains. The display shows “OFF”.
3. Keep the plates together and slide the locking system button down to release the plates.
4. Press the ON/OFF button. The temperature 180ºC flashes on the display.
5. Select the temperature using the (+/—) buttons. The temperature flashes on the display and stops flashing when it is reached.
6. Activate the steam function: press the steam button. The display shows “ON” for a few moments.
a. Whenever the plates are pressed together, the appliance releases steam.
b. When the plates are opened, the appliance stops releasing steam.
7. Deactivate the steam function: press the steam button. The display shows “OFF” for a few moments.
8. The Ion Shield - Pro Steam Styler can be used with or without the steam function activated.
9. Switch off the appliance using the ON/OFF button. The display shows “OFF”.
10. Keep the plates together and slide the locking system button up to lock the plates.
11. Unplug the appliance.
12. Allow the appliance to cool on a heat-resistant surface.
